The New York Classical Theater presents “Much Ado About Nothing” in Central Park. In yet another alternative to long lines in the sweltering heat, you can catch an open air performance of one of Shakespeare’s most beloved comedies. New York Classical Theatre’s hallmark is accessibility and a panoramic staging approach to performance. Their site-specific productions are adapted to showcase the unique visual components of Central Park through innovative design and choreographic elements. Throughout the performance, the audience will follow the actors from place to place, as the plot unfolds from scene to scene. In this way, the spectators become active participants in the drama itself. Don’t miss this great opportunity enjoy live theater in Central Park this summer.
